Delivery and Returns
Once we have received your order and payment we will do our best to despatch the order within a 5 working day period for items not requiring any artwork.
Any products requiring logos – screen printing or embroidery may take a bit longer, approx 10 working days.
If for any reason there is a delay to your order we will contact you by email to inform you of the delay and an estimated delivery date.
Orders over €200 will include FREE Delivery, orders below €200 will incur a charge of €10 approx.
We will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Full refunds will be provided subject to the conditions below:
Goods that have been worn or have the tags removed will not be exchanged or refunded.
Goods must be in their original packaging with tags and labels still intact.
The returns form must be completed and returned with your goods.
Enclose the Return Form in your parcel along with the goods that you are returning. It is advisable to use a tracking service when returning goods as Lakeside Sportswear cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Returns must be made within 14 days.
Refunds will be made via original payment method.
Any items which are personalised, embroidered or screen printed items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
